The hotel has great views and a lovely pool area. The breakfast was nice and filling. It is in a good location to visit nearby cities and towns. We enjoyed the period decorations in the room.
The staff was not very welcoming. Room was dirty and looked worn down.

We loved the tranquility and elegance of this hotel located in a beautiful park in a rural area. The room was nicely decorated with period furniture and well-soundproofed, ensuring an undisturbed and peaceful sleep. The breakfast room, hallways, and garden were beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We also appreciated the hotel's easy accessibility and good location, making it convenient to travel to the nearby sites, such as the Vicenza Oro fair and a nearby vineyard.
Everything was fantastic.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of September; it was rather an undistinguished stay. The hotel is located in its own park, in a sleepy rural area, so it is very quiet there. The building is from good old times, very elegant. The room has high ceilings and it is well- soundproofed due to the quality of the building. There was a wedding at the hotel but we did not hear it at all from our room. The sleep is undisturbed. The room is nicely decorated in period furniture, the hallways and the breakfast room are beautiful. The bathroom had a huge Jacuzzi tub, although it takes more hot water than the hotel supplies. The breakfast was adequate - canned juices, eggs, breads. WiFi worked well. Parking is free, very close to the building. The location is good to see Veneto villas, Vicenza, Padua, the hotel is easy to drive in/out. There is a swimming pool that we did not use. It was probably the quietest place in our one-month voyage - no traffic or guests or housekeeping noise, no annoying music, just tranquility and silence, interrupted only by birds chirping. That was a big positive.
The room was somewhat dark and not very cosy, although it is nicely furnished. The bed was not too comfortable - one side was higher than another! There was no coffee table in the room, although it has a desk (for the computer, etc.). Hot water runs out mid-way when filling jacuzzi, so you bath in tepid water. There is no help with bags, they give you a trolley to do it yourself from the car. Overall the service is practically non-existant and the personnel are nonchalant. Generally, it is not a 4-star hotel service-wise. I certainly prefer Villa Palma in Mussolente over this hotel. I found it slightly overpriced. It is an good place to stay, albeit not particularly thrilling.

Beautiful property, gracious staff, delicious food and wine, helpful and friendly staff, stunning room and property, special and memorable stay.
Not one thing.

Spacious room, amazing estate territory.
1) If you stay on weekend, you might be limited in accessing some of the declared facilities (e.g. pool, restaurant, parking near the hotel), due to celebrations which the estate is hosting. And you will only become aware of it upon your arrival... 2) A/c was not working, only in ventilation mode. 3) No bidet in the room (4-star rating?)

The hotel was conveniently located in a peaceful area, near beautiful destinations such as Vicenza and Palladian villas. We loved the garden and swimming pool, perfect for relaxation. There were also several nearby places to eat, including a great gelateria just a short walk away. the room was furnished with elegant period furniture and well-soundproofed, ensuring a restful sleep.
The service was lackluster and the personnel seemed unenthusiastic.

The spacious rooms were elegantly decorated with period furniture and provided enhanced comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and at home.
